The Voices Of Future Rwanda was born from a simple but powerful realization: The future of Rwanda belongs to those who can articulate it.
Our founder's journey began in the heart of the Rwandan debate movement—at I Debate Rwanda. It was there that we witnessed the transformative power of a single voice. We saw shy students become champions, and hesitant thinkers become decisive leaders.
We learned that debate is not just about winning arguments; it is about the "Agaciro" (dignity) of self-expression and the courage to disagree with grace.
Adapting to a Changing World
As the world changed, we saw a growing gap. While our students were brilliant, they needed more than just debate skills to succeed in a globalized, digital economy. They required professional poise, executive leadership, and the ability to pitch ideas to investors and world leaders.
We realized that for Rwanda to reach its Vision 2050 goals, our scholars needed an academy that blended the rigor of competitive debate with the practical demands of modern leadership.

NTWARI Derrick's journey into debate began at College Immaculée Conception/Save, where he discovered the transformative power of structured argumentation and public speaking. His passion ignited through competitive debate led him to I Debate Rwanda, where he witnessed firsthand how a single confident voice could change a student's entire trajectory.
Recognizing the gap between traditional debate skills and the demands of modern leadership, Derrick founded The Voices Of Future Rwanda to create a comprehensive academy that develops not just debaters, but confident communicators ready to lead in any context—from the classroom to the boardroom.
